We discovered this hot sauce while living in California - over ten years ago now. This was served at California 66 on C Street in Ventura, where we lived. Mark would go boogie boarding in the morning (I would watch fron the beach - that water is COLD!) and then we would head over there a sit on the patio to enjoy the best potato/egg/bacon stuffed burritos ever. Its spicy, sweet and a touch garlickly.
Oh, I can smell the salt air now. Sigh.
We can't eat a quiche or a burrito without it now and buy it in a case. A case used to last a year, but now lasts about 7 months.... we'll blame that on Will.

I, personally, am hugely addicted to veggie booty. If no one is looking (and then sharing) I can eat a bag in about 20 minutes. I have found FEW things in life more ME than veggie booty.
Once I bought this Coffee Chocolate Chip pancake mix from World Market, and now I can't stop. It is so wonderful that every morning I have to talk myself out of making them because they're not very healthy. We usually only have them about once a week now, but I would gladly eat them at every meal for the rest of my life if I could.
Oh yeah, and I have a slight addiction to root beer floats, too.
lol!
tristan was conceived in either ventura or santa barbara- karl and i were living in SB at the time, but my mother lived in ventura and we spent the night there sometimes. ;-)
karl and i love many things, some of which we still eat, others that we cant justify the expense of anymore. my favorite barbecue sauce is Mr D & Sons brand, and i cant find it here.
we are die-hard grapeseed oil users, though, and order it by the case regularly.
